Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Those postmarked less than one week prior to the course will be subject to a processing fee. After that time, no refund will be issued, but substitutions can be made (personnel or dates) for a regularly scheduled course. If cancellation occurs, you may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
